1. Digital Services & Development: Due to the custom nature of software development, code writing, and digital design, refunds are generally not provided once work has commenced.
2. Milestones & Approvals: Our projects are broken down into defined milestones. Client approval is required at each stage. If a project is canceled prior to completion, the client is responsible for payment for all work completed up to the cancellation date.
3. SaaS & Subscriptions: For ongoing maintenance retainers or software subscriptions, cancellations must be requested 30 days prior to the next billing cycle.
